The Svefnthorn (“sleep thorn,” pronounced “SVEFN-thorn”) is a symbol that features in several of the Norse sagas and in folkloric magical formulas recorded long after the Viking Age.

It is used to induce a deep sleep and although there are many stories of it being used against adversaries, it is also a very useful magical symbols to help though who find it difficult to sleep well. They are engraved onto an agate crystal slice which will protect you while you sleep. 

Place the amulet under your pillow to help you maintain a restful sleep.
